Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with the services offered by Viclin Property & Facility Maintenance (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Payment and Refund Policy
- All payments are non-refundable 15 days after the initial payment has been made.
- Additional fees may apply for parts, products, or any other materials required for the service. The monthly amount covers labor costs only.
Payment Terms
- Payments for services are processed through debit order transactions.
- Payments will be automatically deducted 30 days after the initial registration or the first payment has been made.
Upgrade Policy
- Package upgrades are only allowed one week after the next payment has been received.
Service Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel the service, notice must be provided in writing at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled payment.
Service Delivery
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Customer Responsibilities
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information, including contact details and payment information, is provided to us.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the services provided remain the property of Viclin Property & Facility Maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the services.
Privacy Policy
- The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the terms.
