From first site job to a trusted maintenance brand.
Phumlani Victor Magazi, founder of Viclin Maintenance, began his career in the construction industry in 2006 at Masondo Building Construction, where he learned to manage complex on-site work and gained hands-on construction experience.
In 2007, he joined MD Waterproofing for three years, deepening his technical skills. Later, while working for an ABSA Insurance service provider, he identified a gap in the market for reliable, independent maintenance contractors — planting the early seeds of Viclin Maintenance.
By late 2010, he launched his first business, Majunxian Projects CC, servicing Pretoria and Johannesburg. Six years later, in November 2016, the business evolved into Viclin Maintenance — a brand built to reflect its true purpose and growing list of services.
Today, Viclin Maintenance focuses on simplifying life for homeowners and businesses through fast, reliable, value-driven maintenance services delivered by qualified professionals — especially in moments of urgency and uncertainty.
